We have an important advocacy role for technology in the market and across KPMG, working with our technology leaders to build our market presence. As a team member of the ACT TechZone, this role represents the "face of IT", focused on providing the highest level of customer service. Using innovative solutions, the role is required to ensure that we service our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Essential to the role is your fascination and love of technology and your desire to try new things and see how they work. You understand that it is important not only to help fix equipment, but to build positive customer relationships with free technical advice and timely repairs. **Your Opportunity**: - Front-facing TechZone duties: Maintain a customer-centric area where users can approach and receive technical support - Inventory management: Ensure our laptop and peripheral stock is received, maintained, and managed - Floorwalking and desk management: Get out and engage with our user base on their working floors, as well as pick up any technical faults before they're reported **What Makes You Extraordinary**: - You enjoy working in the details, with a proactive attitude towards accuracy and deadlines - You get things done You're organised, efficient, and have a high attention to detail to deliver impactful outcomes - You are passionate about the importance of fantastic communication to share ideas, inspire, and create change. You are able to digest, distil, and communicate complex concepts in both written and verbal forms **Qualifications**: You must be an Australian Citizen and have the ability to obtain security clearance. **Your Experience**: - Strong customer and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) - Experience using ServiceNow (or other service management tools) for Incident and Request resolution - Knowledge in ITIL practices, and preferred certification in ITIL 3 or 4 - Sound understanding of Windows architecture and tools, as well as decent proficiency in Mac architecture and tools - Sound understanding of mobile technologies, such as iOS and Android troubleshooting **Benefits**: - Flexitime - Employee discount - Health & wellbeing programme **Additional Information**: KPMG is a professional services firm with global outreach and deep sector experience.
