**Education Consultant -Teaching and Learning**

Two year full time fixed term contract | Sydney CBD | Make an impact across Independent schools

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Education Consultant to join our Teaching and Learning team. This is a unique opportunity to work with schools across the state, designing and delivering professional learning that strengthens teaching and learning and directly impacts student outcomes.

**Who are we?**

AISNSW is the peak body supporting and representing independent schools in NSW and provides a range of services across NSW and ACT. We believe in the excellence that comes with choice, diversity and independence in education. AISNSW exists to serve and champion independent schools.

**What will you do?**
- Design and deliver high-quality professional learning programs for teachers and school leaders, including workshops, in-school consultancies, coaching, conferences and online learning.
- Play a key role in a new initiative supporting schools to implement high-impact teaching strategies informed by neuroscience.
- Provide expert advice to schools on curriculum implementation, pedagogy, assessment and student learning outcomes.
- Develop practical resources and tools to support schools in enhancing teaching practice.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with teachers, school leaders and networks across the independent school sector.

**What skills and experiences will you have?**
- Experience in teaching and/or school leadership in primary and/or secondary settings.
- A curious mindset, with the ability to ask the right questions and turn complex information into clear, actionable advice.
- Confidence and capability in facilitating professional learning for adult learners across multiple delivery modes.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.**
**What we need**
- Full-time availability, Sydney-based role
- Capacity to travel to regional schools in NSW overnight
