**About this role**:
This design-led studio has a focus on high-end quality design projects across the living sectors locally and internationally. Locally they are busy with mixed-use/multi-residential work and as a result are now looking for an experienced Graduate of Architecture/Architect to support a Director in a 2iC capacity, working from design stages and being responsible for preparing DA packages.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce and deliver DA packages from initial design concepts
- Attend all relevant meetings and coordinate between all consultants whilst maintaining design intent.
- Support and Assist Director in design stages

**Skills & Experience**
- Degree qualification in Architecture
- Strong understanding of the design process on local projects
- Experience in the design and delivery of multi-residential /mixed-use projects
- Proficiency in Revit
- Solid understanding of Australian standards and BCA's
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
