**About the team**

**About the role**

Our Brisbane Studio have been working on a range of exciting transport projects, now we are looking for an experienced graduate architect and Architect (12-month fixed term contract) that are energetic and experienced in the construction phase of projects. You will be responsible for:

- Working collaboratively with the project leadership team in the delivery of projects during the construction phase
- Under the guidance of the project team leader, visit construction sites to oversee construction progress, conduct inspections and ensure that the project is proceeding according to the design specifications.
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the design and construction process
- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including consultants, clients and internal team members.
- Assist in the integration of sub-contractor models into the design model, reviewing design intent and compliance with the contract documentation. This will include updating of construction documentation to reflect design amendments during the construction phase

**About you**
- Bachelor Degree, or higher qualification, in Architecture, Architectural Technology or related discipline with a minimum of 2 years experience in professional practice.
- Experience in providing support in the development of design detail, material choice, finishes
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Revit
