About the Role
- Deliver specialised clinical Triage and consultancy services to Adult Community Mental Health Teams in accordance with accepted professional practices, legal and ethical requirements with a high degree of independence.
- Develop, monitor and report on clinical practices and professional service outcomes for the adult community mental health site/service through the collection, analysis and reporting of relevant data, key performance indicators and outcome measures.
- Lead the development and knowledge translation of evidence based clinical practices, procedures, protocols and education materials to improve the delivery of interprofessional sub-acute mental health care, in relation to speciality areas.
