**About the Role**:
The Speech Pathology student performs a range of clinical support activities and on the job skills development while engaged in formal full-time or part-time tertiary studies necessary to acquire the relevant entry level qualification (mandatory) for employment as a Health Practitioner in Queensland.
Speech Pathology students are employed casually to accommodate the commitments required by their studies while gaining employment exposure to the workplace. The student contributes to Speech Pathology service delivery model in the provision of effective patient care within Metro South Hospital and Health Service, working under the guidance and practice supervision of an allied health professional.
This position reports operationally to the Director of Speech Pathology & Audiology, Logan-Beaudesert.
