Our Support workers are required to engage with clients to develop skills through community participation, provide one on one support, community access and transport, as well as day to day personal care in Supported Independent Living setting.

Variety of shifts available across Morning, Afternoon, Night and Weekends in **Lilydale** (and surrounding areas)

**About You**:
Above all, you will align to our Values of being Compassionate, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your clients.

Does this sound like you?

- A genuine interest in helping others
- A minimum of 6 months working experience in Community/Aged Care Support
- Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Medication Administration Certificate/or willing to get one
- Fully vaccinated with Covid vaccination/booster and Flu shot
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Current driver’s license with reliable transport
