**The Role
- Work in the preschool room alongside 4 staff and 20 children
- Full time Pre-school Room Leader role
- Collaborate with your team to create a safe and exciting space to learn
- Guide and provide support to your team
- Create meaningful relationships with families and the local community

**Role Requirements**
- Certificate 3 or Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Valid WWCC
- Strong and creative programming experience
