**About the position**:
As the Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for helping the General Manager & Head Chef run the day to day operation of the Bar and Kitchen.
- Shift management - Delegation, planning and packdown.
- Training and developing your team
- Managing the costs of
- Motivating your team to hit targets including sales budgets
- Cleanliness and scheduled maintenance of venue and equipment
- Leading from the front with a very hands on approach
- Managing customer complaints and escalation
