We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Manager.

In this role you will oversee all aspects of the F&B within this premium, high-end venue.

In this role you will be reporting to the GM of the venue.You must be dedicated and enthusiastic about people - customer service driven and an hands on leader of your team

To be that perfect person you will need:

- Previous hospitality Management experience.
- Strong Food and Beverage Experience
- Experience working with premium wine lists
- Experience in recruitment, training and team building.
- Ability to mentor, motivate and manage your team.
- Strong business and financial acumen
