A unique opportunity

This is a dynamic and ever-changing division where you’ll get real hands-on exposure to all things restructuring and insolvency including:
Preparation of reports to creditors

Trade-on management, including preparation of budgets and forecasts

Investigation, analysis and reporting on corporate and personal financial affairs

Sales of property, plant and equipment

Drafting advice to lawyers and assisting with legal proceedings

Preparation of insolvent trading and voidable transaction recovery actions

Liaison with creditors, employees, business owners, agents, lawyers etc

Ensuring compliance with statutory and ethical guidelines

Internal cash management and record keeping

Exposure to many different industries and diverse groups of people

**We are looking for a recent Graduate who has**:
A keen interest in a career in restructuring/insolvency/turnaround/bankruptcy

A desire to work towards CA and ARITA qualifications - we’ll support this with financial assistance and mentoring opportunities

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
