As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by;
- Providing quotes, placing orders, and helping customers find the right gear
- Assisting with organising deliveries, logistics, invoicing, and equipment troubleshooting
- Working closely with our operations teams to make our customers’ jobs easy
- Supporting digital channels and promotional campaigns when needed
- Assisting with a variety of office administration
- Living our values: One Family, Fair Dinkum, Every Customer a Raving Fan, and Taking Hire Higher

**About you**
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal
- Confidence on the phone and a love for solving customer problems
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
- Team player attitude and willingness to pitch in
- Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Available to start at 7.30 - 8.00 am including weekend shifts on a rotating roster
