**The role**:
Our** **Snooze **South Yarra **store is seeking a passionate communicator who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.

This salesperson role is a **casual** position.

You can expect retail hours in this role, which will vary, including regular weekend work and public holidays where required.

**You already come with the following**:

- Previous retail experience in big-ticket items (preferred but not essential).
- You know what exceptionally high standards of customer service look like.
- The drive to achieve sales KPIs in line with targets and budgets.
- Energy and a positive attitude that brings out the best in you and all those around you.
- Effective communication skills.
- Someone with an incredible ability to build relationships with our customers.
- Necessary fitness to walk the floor and carry stock safely, as required.
- Able to work harmoniously in a small team or on your own and can take direction.
- Must be available to work weekends on a rotating roster.
