One of the key functions of this role is to take and action orders from active and existing clients regarding a variety of products and services. For this reason we are looking for energetic & dynamic individuals who are reliable & have great attention to detail.

**The job responsibilities involve;**
- High volume inbound calls
- Making outbound calls regarding orders
- Processing orders
- Tracking/Trace deliveries
- Data entry
- General administrative tasks

**What you will need to succeed;**
- SAP experience - ESSENTIAL
- Demonstrated experience in a similar office based role
- Excellent communication skills
- Own transport
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Full working rights within Australia (No Visas)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
