**About the Role**:
We are looking for educators who:

- Have experience or a strong interest in working with disengaged or at-risk youth.
- Foster positive relationships and a safe, respectful classroom culture.
- Are adaptable, resilient, and committed to student wellbeing and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver tailored learning experiences that meet individual student needs.
- Collaborate with wellbeing staff, families, and external agencies.
- Monitor and report on student progress and engagement.
- Contribute to a team culture focused on inclusion, growth, and empowerment.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Current VIT teaching registration.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Demonstrated ability to engage students with complex needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
