Our opportunity

**In this role you will**:
Create an environment and culture where Test and Release Management tools and processes are relevant and continually improved to support agile methods and operational efficiency;
Nurture a high performing and engaged autonomous teams to excel in how they work together and collaborate with their peers and the wider organisation;
- Manage the availability and changes to ensure continuous flow of release to new features and code;
Educate, assist, execute and where required plan out Test and Release activities meeting their requirements;
Effective scheduling (Test execution and Release activities), resource allocation and adherence to set governance / and controls working in collaboration with the Change Advisory Board (CAB), project and product teams;
Provide expert advisory services to the leadership and wider digital team as well as other business stakeholders;
Define, control and manage allocated budget across Mirvac’s Test and Release Management capability;
Own the Test and Release management OKRs and drives delivery on agreed outcomes;
Contribute to the establishment, maintenance and execution of a Foundations Strategy which includes Release and Test management strategic outcomes for E2E testing and Release management activities across all environments;
Track progress, identify risks and issues. Maintain dashboards and provide monthly / quarterly reports;
Work with the compliance and audit teams on scheduled audits providing evidence and remediating findings; and
Your point of difference
TAFE or Tertiary qualifications relating to Information Technology / Test and Release Management;
Strong understanding of Test and Release Management principles with extensive experience as a lead or Manager;
Experience in test automation tools, processes and methodologies needed to improve efficiency and quality;
Dynamic and able to work across large projects within fast paced environments;
Good communication and presentation skills to stakeholders at all levels;
Ability to think strategically, adapt to change, deal with ambiguity and complexity; and
Excellent self-presentation and a calm, professional and mature attitude.
