**About the role**
As the Motor Assessing Specialist Manager, you will form part of the Claims & Assessing team and enhance the execution of Motor Assessing function by identifying areas of process development and optimisation. You will work to develop controls, enhance operational performance, and uplift event fulfilment within the function across Weather events matters. As you monitor, develop, and optimise the Motor Assessing system, you will continually examine and research across the market to develop and identify innovative strategies to maintain our client’s competitive advantage.

**About You**
You will bring previous experience in Assessing in a senior capacity. As a strategic thinker, you will have proven capability in developing and executing strategic initiatives which uplift and enhance the capability of a function. Your leadership capability will be evident in your strong written and verbal communication skills, and your ability to confidently deliver exceptional outcomes will be effortless due to the exceptional relationships you build with stakeholders.

You will also bring:

- Strong commercial business acumen.
- Extensive knowledge of Motor Assessing systems, control models and end-to-end claims management.
- Strong industry knowledge and continuous motivation to contribute in engagement with relevant industry bodies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
