**Key Duties**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of events, ensuring seamless execution from setup to conclusion.
- Collaborate closely with the Functions Manager and Operations Manager to deliver high-profile events with precision and professionalism.
- Lead and inspire a team to exceed guest expectations, delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
- Coordinate team schedules and rosters to align with event requirements, ensuring efficiency and readiness.
- Act as the primary point of contact during events, addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and support the team, fostering a motivated and professional environment.
- Maintain a meticulous approach to event preparation, ensuring all details align with client expectations.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in supervising operations for large-scale events or hospitality functions.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the events schedule.
- A thorough understanding of food and beverage service and event operations.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with the confidence to interact with high-profile clients and guests.
