With an exciting ground breaking brand-new boutique townhome development in North Melbourne, which is sure to be an interesting project. This company has a reputation of being a dynamic, multi-faceted residential construction company, creating custom homes and townhomes underpinned by creativity, craftsmanship and an unrivalled attention to detail.

An exciting opportunity has now come available for an experienced Site Supervisor who can bring a wide breath of knowledge within the residential project build and custom space and is familiar with doing bigger and more detailed works such as triple story builds.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Managing triple storey builds constructed over basements with the ability of reading to service drawings
- A strong technical understanding and ability to manage multiple jobs including trades and labour
- Solid background with larger scale and detailed works including basements works
- Managing material requirements, equipment procurement and sub-trades onsite
- Managing sites for OH&S and holding regular toolbox meetings
- Managing, motivating, supervising and directing site team and sub-contractors

**What you need to be successful for this position**:

- Minimum 5 years experience within the domestic / custom / high end residential space
- Trades background OR Construction Management qualification
- Ability to think on your feet and make good decisions
- Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic leadership skills
- Proven track record in the delivery of projects on time and within budget
