**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The IT & Systems Officer is a diverse, hands-on role responsible for troubleshooting and resolving system issues, identifying system gaps, and assisting with the day-to-day operations, projects and IT infrastructure. Reporting to reporting to the Quality, Risk & Compliance Manager, this full-time hybrid role is based out of our head office in Surry Hills working 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday, starting in the new year. Remuneration commences from $80,000 p.a. plus leave loading, superannuation & NFP salary packaging, with skills & experience taken into consideration. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, proactive and motivated IT professional who thrives in dynamic environment while dealing with multiple priorities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing the ongoing implementation of Operational and Technology Systems across the organisation.
- Overseeing key systems, including CMS: (Salesforce, Lumary); data storage and management (MS SharePoint, OneDrive); internal & external communications (MS Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint); Firewall; and supporting key people systems including LMS, HRM/HRIS and Payroll (Kronos).
- Serving as the lead IT liaison with Executive Management Group, Senior Leadership Team and staff in designated area(s) to understand and interpret client needs at a department level and to collaborate across functions in meeting those needs.
- Collaborating with our external IT provider to ensure delivery of excellent customer service
- Delivering the information, privacy and data security requirements of our internal & external clients.
- Identifying technology requirements to support the business objectives of the organisation and providing advice & support to optimise our IT & systems experience.
**ABOUT YOU**
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in roles or project teams focused on innovation, business change, or process improvement.
- Minimum 2 Years’ experience in a similar role supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting IT Networks and Cloud services.
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems.
- Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise, and MS Office software.
- Demonstrated sound troubleshooting & fault analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated prioritisation & multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated customer-focused and results-focused orientation/approach
- Current driver’s license
- Unrestricted right to work in Australia
Desirable:
- Experience in the disability/NDIS industry or care industry.
- Experience with relevant software - MS Office suite; Salesforce & Lumary; and/or Kronos.
