**Job Overview**:
Elevating the customer experience from excellent to remarkable whilst overseeing the quality and preparation of our delicious açaí bowls, smoothies and helping with all our shop operational activities.

**Responsibilities**:
**- ** Creating happy and outstanding customer experiences;
- Leading a team within a busy, fast-paced and fun hospitality environment;
- Selecting applicants, conducting trials, hiring and taking care of the shop’s weekly roster;
- Engaging with customers, promoting and upselling products to them and working well with the team;
- Overseeing the quality standards and preparation of our delicious and beautiful açaí bowls and

smoothies;
- Ensuring operation is running smoothly (food preparation, stock, service etc);
- Inventory count, ordering and management;
- Being responsible for major cashier duties.
- Training new staff within Oakberry standards and quality
- Labor cost control
- COGS control
- Weekly stock count
- Ordering, Inventory and Invoicing system management
- Maintaining quality and standards up to high quality level

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or retail leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer

service
- Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience with inventory control, ordering, and stock management
- Ability to motivate, train and lead a diverse team

**Additional Details**:

- Reporting Structure: Operations Manager

Pay: $76,515.00 - $78,000.00 per year
