Celebrating Italian heritage and romance, a’Mare Bar emulates a nostalgia for glamourous old school Italy with a magnificent harbourside vista. Merging tradition with new world techniques, enjoy elevated, classic cocktails crafted from boutique Italian spirits and seasonal local produce, as well as an extensive vermouth and amaro selection, all served with a side of cheeky Italian charm

Recruiting for our bar team. We have a casual position available for an experienced bartender with a passion for service and skills in cocktail making.

Currently we have **20-30** hours on offer, mostly evening and weekend shifts with the option for more.s.
- Australian working rights
- Proficient classic cocktail knowledge
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Minimum of two years working in bars/restaurants
- Fluent English

Tasks include:

- Prepare and serve beverages to customers
- Follow our bar recipes to create and serve
- Maintain bar cleanliness and order
- Re-stock lines and glassware as required
- Informing bar manager when low on certain stock items
- Ongoing training and development to ensure current knowledge
- Liaise closely with other bar staff, to enable professional and efficient service from our team
- Reporting directly to Bar Manager
