An exciting opportunity exists to join Zurich’s Underwriting Services team as a Reinsurance Manager, reporting to the Head of Underwriting Services.

This varied role will build efficiency across all lines of business, overseeing the Facultative Reinsurance submissions fort the Underwriting teams in Australia and New Zealand on behalf of Zurich. You will own the end-to-end process, including reporting and process design, to meet the needs of the General Insurance team and our customers. Working with technical underwriters and the Reinsurance team, you will also provide support and training to drive continuous improvement.

**Important to your success -**Unlock your potential**
- Strong experience in Insurance or Reinsurance
- General knowledge of insurance products and services, international business knowledge will be beneficial
- Solid understanding of the underwriting life cycle
- Experience working in an underwriting team would be advantageous
- RPA or Process development experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
