Platform Lead

**The role**:
At South East Water, we are committed to providing high quality services and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Following a recent restructure, we are currently seeking a talented Platform Lead to spearhead the development, enhancement, and support of our diverse range of platforms.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Stakeholder management, technical, people, and development skills.
- Design solutions to support the technical implementation of platforms.
- Lead a team of specialist developers and analysts to deliver solutions.
- Lead complex technical implementations.
- Develop solutions with secure development standards.
- Ensure delivery meets business requirements, fulfil end-user needs, and resolve system issues.
- Manage upgrades/updates for SE Water's platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop future directions and roadmaps for platforms.
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of solution specifications.
- Run and monitor performance tests on new and existing platforms/programs.
- Provide end-to-end support for issues related to SE Water's platforms.

**Who are you?**:
A passion for driving technological innovation and shaping the future of platforms along with previous experience in leading and supporting effective delivery teams will set you up for success. You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience:

- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in information technology.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong track record of engaging with senior business managers.
- Significant experience with integration and automation tools, such as Boomi, Pega, Splunk, Azure Integration Services, and Tibco solutions.
- Experience in Microsoft/Office 365 and DevOps practices.
- Solution design experience and familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
- Proficiency in database technologies, particularly SQL.
- Experience in Pega, Boomi, Splunk, and Tibco administration, support, and operations.
- Strong understanding of security principles and scalability considerations.
- Experience in UX/UI design and running Centers of Excellence (CoE) and citizen developer practices.
- An understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements for Victorian water agencies would be considered advantageous.
