Our People, Culture & Brand division have an opportunity for an experienced **Organisational** **Capability** **Manager** to lead our Learning and Development, Change Management, Organisational Development, Workforce Planning and Volunteering functions. Reporting to the General Manager, People and working closely with the broader People and Culture leadership team, this role offers:

**About the role**:
The Organisational Capability Manager ensures the appropriate design and implementation of a portfolio of programs to support the delivery of Bethanie’s strategic people goals including Bethanie’s Cultural Journey, Learning and Development Strategy, Leadership Development Strategy and Employee Engagement initiatives.

With 5 direct reports and 10 indirect this role supports a diverse team with responsibilities including:

- Leading strategic initiates to enhance Bethanie’s culture
- Supporting organisational change programs
- Ensuring contemporary practices in learning and development processes
- Delivering quality Organisational Capability outcomes and assist in building a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation

**About you**

As a seasoned Organisational Development professional, you will bring strong leadership experience and enthusiasm for embedding a culture of warmth, empathy and excellence. You are a passionate change management professional and have successfully implemented organisation-wide change programs.
- Proven success in project management and organisational change management
- Ability to understand multiple, diverse individual needs of people and work collaboratively with stakeholders to reach mutually agreed upon decisions
- Ability to understand, analyse and produce workable solutions
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Undergraduate degree in Organisational Psychology or related discipline
- Post graduate qualifications in a relevant disciple are highly regarded
