Product Disclosure Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Product team at Mercer. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least two to three days a week in the office.
**We will count on you to**:
- Supports sales efforts by attending client meetings to demonstrate products and answer questions, preparing presentation-ready sales materials, drafting RFPs, and training sales staff on product features
- Researches external market trends and industry products for competitive evaluation; leverages findings to give guidance to the business on target market positioning
- Identifies production, distribution, marketing and sales costs and conducts pricing analyses
- Translates current and anticipated requirements into product features
- Acts as project manager for product enhancement initiatives
- Assists with campaign strategy development and implementation
