**Reports to**: Studio Manager
**Purpose of the Role**: Studio administration, photography and booking appointments
**Description**: Conduct outbound telephone calls to prospective customers for the purpose of booking
shoots.
Conduct design consults in the studio for the purpose of demonstrating prints, frame
collections and albums to help the customer make purchasing decisions.
Conduct studio and location shoots including customer management and liaison.

**Role Requirements**
**Skills / Abilities**: Time management, attention to detail, task management, photography/lighting, excellent
internal & external stakeholder communication skills, customer management, salesmanship,
professional telephone manner, ProSelect software, LightBlue CRM,
**Knowledge**: Photography and associated technology, lighting techniques, photography software
**Qualifications/Experience**:Prior experience in studio/location photography; Ideally Cert. 4 in Photo Imaging and/or Diploma in Photography.
**Training / Other Education**:Short-course programs to develop skills in lighting, composition and photographic techniques
**Personal Attributes**: Excellent communication skills, uniform when required however must be smartly dressed in
casual but quality attire, timeliness, attention to detail, consistent follow-up on task and
outcomes, courteous and professionalism, appropriate language (no profanities, no
overfamiliarity), team work.
**Key Activities / Duties**
**Studio & Systems**: Collect prints from PhotoKing twice a day or as directed by Production
Check all prints, ensure retouching has been done and prints are of high standard - if not
advise Production asap, so that they can be redone
Matt, frame, etc all orders and ensure ready to be collected - once ready advise Studio
Manager by giving them the order
Get orders ready to collect when directed by Studio Manager
Makeup voucher boxes when directed
Makeup blue folders and blue envelopes for clients
Unpack frames ordered and check they are all okay

Keep all framed orders together and studio clean of frames and framed prints
Ensure loft is kept tidy
Adhoc studio tasks as directed by Studio Manager
In conjunction with Studio Manager and Production order enough of the following products
every two weeks:
Frames and equipment used for framing eg. Brown tape, etc.
Matts and sleeves
Linen both digital and portrait
White Gift Boxes
MM PHOTOS bags
MM PHOTOS stickers
MM PHOTOS ribbon
Maintain high-quality presentation of studio including vacuuming and general cleaning; pack
fridge with water, wine, beer
Respond to all tasks assigned to you by the Studio Manager in a timely fashion.
Respond to all customer requests in a timely fashion and deliver on all promises made.
Adhere to all company policies
At the completion of shift, ensure the premises are locked and secured as per procedure.
**Photography Projects**
Adhere to company procedures with regard to default setup of camera
Ensure all company equipment is returned in full working order
Report any equipment failure promptly to Studio Manager
Contact all clients within 24 hours of scheduled shoot to confirm and discuss any questions;
Pre-shoot set-up of studio and after-shoot pack-down;
Arrive at shoot location on time (ideally 10 minutes before arranged time);
Conduct shoot within allocated time and image quantity restriction (not to exceed 1-hour
unless prior arranged);
At the completion of every shoot, repack camera equipment and ensure data cards and
batteries are clean and recharged;
Deliver data card over to production for processing immediately after each shoot. (All cards
must be returned to studio at end of shoot/day);
Complete job sheet as required and include any relevant notes such as specific images to
include or client interest/concerns/observations.
Communicate with Studio Manager to ensure client production timelines are met;
Provide all clients with pricelist post-shoot;
Collect appropriate props/take shoot bag;
Ensure customer experience is exceptional - have fun, professional, rapport-building;
Achieve KPIs for customer satisfaction;
Achieve KPIs for shoot activity levels;
**Production**: Support head of production as required:
Uploading photo files and dispatch to Philippines
**Purchasing Session**:(not straight away -growth area)
Prepare for purchasing session in ProSelect (Purchasing appointments);
Pre-sales set-up of studio and after sales pack-down - cleanliness etc.;
Following company procedures with regard to processing sales orders;
Present all products, explain value of each and make appropriate recommendations;
Secure orders for prints, frames and albums; (Consults should be conducted within 60 mins)
Adhere to company policies on deposit/payment terms, discounting and value-ad;
