South Perth, Australia The Italian on Mends St Full time

The Italian on Mends St is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join their team in South Perth. The Italian is a small venue with 120 seat capacity and a bustling service most nights, especially as we enter into the busy Christmas/New Year period. We are looking for someone with experience leading a team and performing basic supervisory duties to join the team.
- stocktake and ordering
- general cleaning
- opening and closing tasks
- rostering
- leading the FOH team
- prioritising tasks as they come up
- delegating tasks to appropriate staff members and keeping them on task
- experience with reservation systems is essential (experience with Now Book It highly regarded)
- handling customer feedback

Due to the nature of this position the following requirements are essential
- a high level of both spoken and written English
- RSA and Approved Managers Card
- At least 1 year expereince in a people management role

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
