Are you a seasoned Systems Tester with an eye for detail? We’re seeking an experienced Systems Tester to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our client’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM system through rigorous testing and quality assurance process.

**What you will do**
- Plan and design comprehensive tests for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, focusing on its functional, integration, and performance aspects.
- Conduct thorough testing to detect and report system defects in a detailed and precise manner.
- Collaborate closely with the development team, communicating test results and aiding in defect resolution.
- Perform functional gap analysis on the CRM system, identifying areas for improvement and providing constructive feedback to the developers.
- Ensure the efficiency of existing and new workflows within the CRM system through rigorous testing.

**About You**:

- Has hands-on experience as a Systems Tester, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM systems.
- Well-versed in software testing methods and procedures.
- Proficiency in developing test plans, test cases, and tracking bugs.
- Good problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- Communicates effectively in writing and verbally with various teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
