**About the Role**:
We're Double Impact - a creative commercial agency on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, celebrating 30 + years in the Industry. We are looking for a new crew members to join our dynamic, energetic field team.

Our retail merchandising projects are flexible and can be done from 8 am to 6pm Mon to Thurs, ad hoc around your schedule.

Each project is led by our amazing compliance team, supporting you with training and live infield telephone support. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a great company and work with amazing brands.

You will be given loads of support and training opportunities to further develop your skills, this is a rare opportunity to work with an Award

**Skills and Experience**:

- The ability to multitask, manage your own workload and meet deadlines is second nature. You are energetic, switched on and proactive.
- Technical skills are an advantage. Shopfitters, window dressers and signage backgrounds are all highly regarded.
- You will need your own car and a smart phone with internet access.
- A high level of negotiation skills and relationship management with retail staff will ensure success in this role.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Installing eye-catching product displays and execute retail activations as per brief supplied
- Ensuring displays/promotions are installed correctly and on time for launch dates
- Locating stock and merchandising according to planogram
- Conducting Audit work as per supplied briefs
- Creating key relationships with retail staff & managers

It is essential that you are comfortable working on a ladder for ‘ceiling suspension’ projects where you are required to hang posters and banners.
