**THE TEAM**

**THE ROLE**

The purpose of the Learning & Development Coordinator is to support the delivery of learning and recording to support Supply Chain operations through effective coordination of learning and development activities, programs and compliance. This role is reporting to the National Manager L&D Sales and Supply chain and based in Richlands, QLD.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- New starter inductions ensuring on-line compliance learning is allocated to new employee training plans.
- Establish and maintain effective recording of data, metrics and preparing reports
- Ensuring training attendance and certification is received, recorded, and uploaded to the LMS
- Updating of learning materials, logbooks assessments and scheduling.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships to support the L&D process across Supply Chain.
- Assist in the coordination of employee training and learning programs
- Co-ordinating meetings and functions to support achievement of objectives including, but not limited to, graduate program development events
- Support the Learning and Development team to deliver key learning and development framework initiatives.
- Providing administration support to the National L&D Manager

**ABOUT YOU**
- While the technical aspect of FMCG and its training requirements can be taught, you will ideally have a background in training or L&D capacity.
- A Cert IV TAE qualification or similar will be highly regarded
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources or related field or currently undertaking relevant
- Previous experience in production or manufacturing type industry will be highly regarded
- Experience in a similar training administration/coordination role
- Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of databases
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Effective time management and personal management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
