Green Leaves Early Learning Richlands is a beautiful purpose-built centre that opened in January 2020. Located in the heart of the community, our centre is within a 2-minute drive to Richlands train and bus station and access to free parking making commuting to and from work a breeze.

In this role use your passion and enthusiasm for early learning in helping to make work play, creating a sense of belonging for all, embracing different, and creating opportunities for our team to choose their own adventure.

About the role
- Able to plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Capable to engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
- Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
- Team-player who is open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflects upon best practice
- Mature and Professional approach
- Oversight to ensure your room is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment
- Able to work on rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 6.30 am - 6.30 pm

**Qualifications**:

- Holds an ACECQA approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one

About our centre

As you walk through our doors, you will find our warm and inviting centre administration at our reception, Chefs kitchen and our community lounge where parents can catch up with each other or educators over a fresh barista-made coffee.

Our centre is licenced for 120 children per day, across six beautiful and spacious learning hubs. The outdoor learning environment is an extension of the indoors with a strong focus on ecophilosophies and sustainability.

Our centre offers all-inclusive fees which comprise of fresh and healthy meals, linen, hats and nappies. Included are also extra-curricular activities, incursions and excursions such as weekly yoga classes, music classes and cooking/nutrition information classes.
