- Day shift hours 6am - 2pm
- Perm Position

We currently have a position available for a Laboratory Technician to work with our client who are a market leader in the Dairy industry. This position is based in the Camden area and is a permanent job with an ASAP start - recent graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities will include
- completing Daily checks including temperature.
- Entering results into database
- Duration of checks, rigidity, labelling requirements, sampling for external testing and lodging findings as per jurisdiction.
- Checking on results of testing and sending clear stock to be released
- Organising samples to be independently tested offsite
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the lab
- Adhere to all company policies

The successful applicant will be
- Have 1-2 years experience or a recent graduate with a degree in Food Technology
- Available for an immediate start
- Must be able to work weekends when required
- Must be able to work public holidays when required
- Must have Good verbal and written communication skills
