Spar-X is currently seeking a highly efficient and motivated individual to join our Splint Crew. Spar-X Lab is an all-in-one digital Dental Laboratory located in the heart of Parramatta known for our Colourful splints and quirky lab culture. Here at Spar-X, we are committed to providing our clients and their patients with a seamless and hassle-free service with great quality products and results.
- Preparing models for all types of splints
- Learning how to design and work with 3d printed splints
- Constructing all types of splints start to finish - We will train you in our coloured splint making technique
- Working in a team to get the best possible outcome for our customers
- Troubleshooting with admin/dentist/lab team
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to brainstorm ideas, troubleshoot technical challenges, and contribute to innovation initiatives.
- Reading Prescriptions: reviewing lab instructions provided by dentists to understand the specific requirements for each case, including the type of restoration needed, materials to be used, and aesthetic considerations.
- Learning how to design and work with 3d printed splints

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 2+ years working as a Dental Technician
- Minimum 1 year specialising in all splints works.
- Able to work Monday - Friday
- This is full time Position
- Ability to work in a team
- Great communication and organizational skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
