Ndis Disability Support Workers

**About the Role**

We are seeking compassionate and experienced support workers with a strong background in assisting individuals with Autism and Mental Illness to join our team in Brisbane's northside. We are looking to expand our teams in the Coorparoo, Loganlea and Waterford S.I.L Houses.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate IV in Disability, or other relevant qualifications is preferred, but not essential.
- **Strong passion for supporting individuals with Autism and Prader Willi Syndrome**:

- Experience in mental health support is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check is required prior to commencement.
- Availability of a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week, including nights and sleepover shifts.
- Possession of an open driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Respond to clients' needs and work collaboratively with their families, support networks, and other stakeholders in their lives.
- Accurately document activities, progress notes, and incident reports in a timely manner.
- Implement PBSP strategies when required, with training provided where necessary.
- Adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct at all times.

Pay: $35.00 - $44.00 per hour
