**How will I help?**
As a Manager Controls Oversight you will manage non-financial risk control and monitoring processes through data analytics to drive strong non-financial risk management, compliance outcomes, and an improved control environment and culture. You will partner with key stakeholders to uplift non-financial risk management practices and maturity especially around the automated control testing to drive efficiencies across the business through analytics.
Accountabilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Execute divisional strategy and plan for automated control management to meet the Group’s requirements and standards.
- Support strategic initiatives to drive the identification of risk management optimisation opportunities across the division through process and control automation, including design of the automated controls and embedment of control assessment procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and simplify solutions in complex business environment through implementing analytics, automation and robotic solutions to further mature risk & compliance management in the division
- Provide appropriate analysis and insight reporting (incl. compelling visualisations) on automated controls to business stakeholders including risk committees and forums.

**What do I need?**
Experience working with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Hyper Anna and AI tools such as Blue Prism, relevant industry and other professional qualifications, e.g., CISA/CRISC/CIA/, CA/CPA - desirable and Big4 or professional assurance experience are all desirable.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Analyst ready to take a step up. Your excellent problem solving and evaluative judgement skills, high level of personal integrity, developed interpersonal, project management and teaming skills, will see you succeed in this role.
