Do you have a passion for making a real difference in people's lives? We’re looking for a **compassionate, reliable, and empowering female Support Worker** to join our growing NDIS team and support female participants in living more independent and fulfilling lives.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be providing person-centered support including:

- Daily living assistance (personal care, domestic support)
- Community access and social engagement
- Emotional support and companionship
- Supporting independence and individual goals

**What You Need**:

- Previous disability support experience (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
- Valid Working With Children Check

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
