About the opportunity- This position encompasses a clinical caseload within the maternity stream and paediatrics ward.- This position will form part of an integral multidisciplinary team and will be required to provide highly responsive and flexible services to consumers while upholding a high level of professionalism and practising the core values of Mercy Health- This role will encourage best practise philosophy amongst staff and will be expected to demonstrate an advanced skill set

What you’ll bring- Tertiary qualification in Social Work with a minumum 2 years' experience and eligibility to membership to the AASW- Sound knowledge of current evidence-based practises and commitment to continuing professional development and research- Prior hospital experience and/or in women and chidlren's community services, is highly desirable- Adaptive, creative with a passion for patient - centred care

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.- Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
