-Join our Global Internal Audit team based in Sydney supporting our Banking & Financial Services and Financial Crime Risk portfolio. As an Internal Audit Manager, you will support audits covering the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) and Financial Crime Risk Management functions across the Group. BFS provides a diverse range of personal banking, wealth management and business banking products and services to retail and wholesale clients.
You will build key stakeholder relationships and lead assessments of the quality and effectiveness of the internal control framework, risk management, and governance systems. You will partner with the broader risk management team and management from across the Group, contributing to the continual improvement of the overarching risk management framework.

- Prior experience in a comparable audit or risk management role, preferably within a banking and finance environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication, resilience and problem-solving skills with a questioning mindset.
- Ability to liaise and influence stakeholders at all levels coupled with strong relationship building skills.Ability to work independently, autonomously and across global locations.
