You will need to have

Availability to work 20-30 hours per week across 5 days on a 7-day rotating roster including weekends. This includes weekends, and Public holidays.

Some experience and passion for face to face customer service.

- You have a strong customer focussed attitude that helps you deliver personalised and unique experiences for our customers You love finding solutions to complex problems by thinking outside the box
- You have retail sales, call centre or any relevant customer service experience.
- You have a real passion for technology and love talking to others about it

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $46,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
