- Ensure seamless customer interactions by proficiently using Point of Sale (POS) software and streamlining transaction processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for providing face-to-face customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, enabling creative thinking to overcome obstacles.
- A genuine passion for technology and an eagerness to share your knowledge with others.
- Previous experience in retail sales, call centers, or relevant customer service roles is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to ensure successful customer interactions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills that enable you to effectively convey complex concepts to customers.
