Make your move and join one of the most renowned and respected Automotive Groups in the APAC region. The newest division of Sime Darby Motors, **SD Motors Parramatta** is on the lookout for a personable and passionate individual to join our team, in the position of **Business Manager (F&I)**.**

**About the role**:
As a Business Manager, you will ensure the profitable sale of finance, insurance and extended warranties through offering flexible finance arrangements to our customers and developing long term repeat business for the company. As a key member of the team, you will be an integral part of driving growth and revenue for the dealership.

**Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Proactive and consistent introduction of both Finance and Insurance products to customers
- Ensure all avenues of finance are explored to provide the customer with best finance facilities
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service and maintain good relationships with customers and potential customers.

**To be successful in this role you must offer the following**:

- Finance and Insurance knowledge (accredited with Finance providers)
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Advanced interpersonal skills
- KPI focused and highly self motivated
