**The Role**

The merchandise flow supervisor drives total store results with specific ownership for merchandise flow and brand guide processes. The merchandise flow supervisor drives results in the area of responsibility by supporting the development and execution of short-term action plans and long-term strategies.

You will take responsibility for the availability of merchandise and overall store appearance whilst delivering a best-in-class, captivating, branded customer experience that builds loyalty and enables consistent sales and profit growth.

**Responsibilities**
- "Merch flow" refers to the movement and organization of merchandise (products) within a retail environment. It encompasses how goods are received, displayed, and sold throughout the store, ensuring that products are available in the right place at the right time to meet customer demand. A smooth merch flow helps optimize sales, customer experience, and inventory management.

Key components of merch flow include:

- **Receiving and Stocking**: The process of receiving products from suppliers and ensuring they are stored or prepared for display.
- **Product Placement**: Organizing the merchandise on the sales floor, making sure it aligns with customer preferences, seasonal trends, and sales goals.
- **Replenishment**: Restocking shelves or displays as products sell out, ensuring there's always inventory available for customers.
- **Promotions and Visual Merchandising**: Strategically placing promotional items or creating themed displays to drive sales and catch customer attention.
- **Sales Movement**: Tracking how well products are selling and adjusting displays or stock levels accordingly.
- Owns back room and under stock organization standards and processes
- Assists in store opening and closing procedures as necessary.
- **Have a suitable level of physical fitness as you will be lifting and shifting boxes that can weight up to 15kg**
