**Parks & Gardens / Horticulture - IMMEDIATE START**

Gardener/Horticulturist/Sports Turf Management - All positions available Full Time, Part Time, Apprenticeships and Casual Positions.

Cooper&Sons Gardens is looking to expand our growing team and appoint a range of positions for Gardener/Horticulturist/Sports Turf Management to assist in delivering quality maintenance and design services for our clients throughout the Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle areas.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our head office is based on the Central Coast, NSW with a secondary office, based in Hornsby.

While we do provide Company vehicles, use of your own vehicle may be required. A ute would be the appropriate option. (not mandatory)

**Duties include all aspects of garden design, gardening, lawn care and property maintenance, including but not limited too**:mowing, brush cutting, hedging, blowing, mulching, planting, turf install and sports turf management. These positions require someone who values a high standard of workmanship and loyalty, has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

**Hours**: Working hours are generally 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday with overtime available during the peak seasons.

**Remuneration**: Our remuneration packages are well above award wage and this can be discussed based on your experience. There is also opportunity for significant growth and business expansion throughout the business if this is something interests you.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience working in high-end residential and commercial property maintenance (ideal but not mandatory).
- Certificate III (or above) in Horticulture/Parks and Gardens (or similar) (ideal but not mandatory).
- Chemical Certificate (ideal but not mandatory).
- Senior first aid (ideal but not mandatory).
- Police check and Working with Children Check.
- Punctual, reliable and have a strong work ethic.
- Energetic, physically fit and motivated to exceed expectations.
- Current manual drivers license and own vehicle.
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
- Ability to operate all garden maintenance equipment.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices.

**Salary**: $50,000 - $69,999 per year (Including super)
