**Our Needs**

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Operations Manager in Sydney. Reporting to the Operations Managers, this role will involve overseeing day-to-day security operations across multiple sites, ensuring exceptional service delivery and supporting the development of our team.

**Responsibilities of the Role**

As the Junior Operations Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Managing day-to-day security operations
- Cultivating a customer-centric environment within the team
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Implementing people management practices such as rostering and performance management
- Ensuring teams are equipped with necessary skills and resources
- Upholding company policies and safety standards
- Generating and distributing client and internal reports
- Acting as a relief security officer when needed

**Job Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

- A 1A Security Licence, First Aid Certificate, and full NSW Drivers Licence
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment, Security Risk Management, or Frontline Management (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations
- Experience in developing security documentation and operational plans
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Strong time management and forward planning skills
- A desire to advance in the security industry
