**Support Worker Required for MND Client**

We are seeking an experienced worker who has worked with MND Clients. The client is located in Mill Park.

The worker must be able to help with activities of daily living including accessing the community, helping client to walk dog, possible meal prep and assistance with errands and attending appointments.

The worker must have a car and car insurance as requires community access to attend appointments.

Specific times available for the shifts are as below as if now.

**Monday To Thursday 10am to 1.00 pm**

Absolute In Home Care is an established growing registered service provider supporting individuals across Victoria. Our team strive to meet the unique needs and aspirations of adults and children by providing quality, friendly and reliable support in our participant/clients homes and community.

To Be Successful:

- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Qualification or Previous Experience in Aged Care, Disability or Community Supports
- Car and the Car Insurance

We have a lot of regular ongoing work, with regular participant/clients, so you will know when and who you will be working with.

Task include:

- Personal Care
- Assistance with medication
- Meal Preparation
- Community Access
- Companionship
- Domestic Assistance
