**About the role**

Reporting through to Payroll Manager you will be responsible for processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll for this global business.
- Process payroll weekly & monthly, reconcile and submit all payroll reports after each pay run
- Manage staff queries in a timely and efficient manner and resolved them within agreed service level timeframes
- Ensure all payroll documents are accurately processed and in a timely manner by pay cycle
- Process staff movements including new starters, departures, and other movements
- Understand all leave types and be able to reconcile accruals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels

**About you**
- Experience working with multiple EBA’s and awards
- Preferred experience with ADP GlobalView or similar, however willing to train
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team
