**The Company**

Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the Energy industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join the supportive Northbridge team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to grow their career within a company that offers flexibility and the ability to upskill.

**The Role**

Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience as an Operations Coordinator with your key responsibilities including:

- Data entry and sourcing - ensuring accurate processing and timely completion of all related tasks.
- Supporting the business by taking up administrative tasks associated with the projects upcoming
- Developing organisational, Project and key deliverables documentation
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to prepare and evaluate forecasted data for multiple clients' purchasable business requirements.
- Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
- Data analysis using Excel to determine clients forecasted requirements for the weeks ahead
- Preparing documentation, interviewing stakeholders and presenting findings to the team

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong technical skills and very high attention to detail. In this role, you will be required to use Microsoft Excel at high volumes and ranging complexities of data extraction and understanding formulas.

If you are passionate about analysing information, finding errors and/or areas for improvement/actions, and being able to act on those accordingly, we would love to hear from you.

You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced, dynamic environment.
