**The Role**

An exciting opportunity is now available for an Operations Coordinator to join our team based in Leederville and Osborne Park. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to start your new career with ongoing training and a fantastic support network.

Your duties will include:

- Quantifying labour and ordering materials for residential homes
- Interpreting contract documentation, plans, standards, and codes
- Support Site Supervisors and assist them with any queries
- Coordinate brick hardware deliveries
- Manage warehouse stock levels
- Process callups received from builders
- Liaise with insulation installers with install dates and queries
- Collaborate closely with the Accounts, Estimating and Scheduling teams

- Good communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, positive attitude and enjoy being part of a team
- A willingness to learn and improve
- Good computer skills with some experience in the Microsoft suite
- Great time management, someone who can meet a deadline
- High level of commitment
