**Cleaner - Geelong (Grovedale)**

**This is a permanent part time role**

**Monday to Friday 7.30am - 12.30pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom, linen change, cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Maintain a proven system of cleaning that is compliant with all aspects of your requirements
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff, residents and their visitors through sound knowledge of cleaning and infection control standards and regulations
- Ensure work is to quality, environment and OH&S management systems

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- Previous experience cleaning within an aged care facility is highly desirable
- Knowledge on infection control and covid highly desirable
- Current police check required
- Reliable, honest, punctual, hard-working and self-motivated
- Personable and approachable nature
- Strong work ethic, motivation and the desire to succeed
